Will of Gilbert M. FOX, signed 17 Nov. 1844.
"My beloved wife Mahitabal;
My brother-in-law, Farnum WHITCOMB, the claim which I own in Wapello County...
All my mechanic and other tools;
I appoint my friend Thomas H. GRAY executor;
My brother John FRAKES, a full kit of Journeyman Joiner's tools."
