GEORGE SCHMIDTLEIN, pioneer settler of Jefferson County, Sec. 36, Lockridge Township.....Married, 1st, in Ohio (Butler County?), Aug. 1840, Miss Mary B. Dallner. Nine children: Henry, a farmer in Nevada; John A. and George F., twins engaged in farming in California and Oregon respectively; Lizzie, wife of Henry Schreiber, of Lockridge Twp.; Anna, wife of Henry Schobe, a resident of Walnut Twp.; George W., a farmer of Nevada; Sophia, wife of Louis Drover, Lockridge Twp.; Frank, of Arizona, and Charles, also of Arizona.....(M. 2, 1866, Katherine E.
