Hello,

I see from the Internet Iowa Genweb project that you are researching Griffis in Jasper County, Iowa. I'm wondering if my Griffis tie into yours.
My ggggrandfather Thompson Stallcop (b. 6 Oct 1821 Floyd Co., KY) was married to Nancy Griffis (b. abt 1829 KY) and they resided and died in Jasper County.
Do you happen to have this Nancy in your research? I'd enjoy corresponding.
