The Thomas James Whelan was married to my great-aunt Agnes Laverty of Laurel and they are buried at Graceland Cemetary at Laurel and they lived lst house West of cemetary on S. side.They had no family born to them but raised 2 boys from the orphan train. I remember Aunt Aggie. Her 2nd son lived to be nearly 100 and died in Veterans home in Marshalltown. He was my first school bus driver and had a son and daughter but I don,t know where they are.
