Thanks Barbara, Yes I inquired with the JCGS in Newton and they could not find a death record for Henry in Jasper County. They did find some information on Matilda (nee Juniper) Riley (12 May 1840-1 Jan 1916) and quoted the information in their response. According to the online funeral record for Hartnett, Henry died 30 March 1910 which is about right given that I had figured through other sources that he died in the first three months of 1910. I would be forever grateful to find an obituary on Henry. I could reimburse any costs. Henry and Matilda have been my brick wall for some time.
