Reineke family in Jasper County

Does anyone have any information about Bernhard Reineke born 1830 in Germany died 1893 Buena Vista Township, Jasper County, Iowa. I found an obit for him that states he is buried in Mt. Zion beside his sister who died several years earlier. Can anyone tell me who this sister is? I know that he had another sister Ella who married Herman Saak and they lived near Newton, Jasper County, Iowa.
