Services for Harley T. Leach,78, of 3117 S.E. Eighth St., who died of cancer Friday at home, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home, with burial in Chapel Hill Gardens.

Mr. Leach, born in Colfax, had been a resident of Des Moines 53 years. He had been in business as a contractor and builder, finishing his last house in March.

Surviving are his widow, Flora; three sons, O.H. and Ralph, both of Des Moines, and Robert D. of San Francisco, Cal.; two brothers, John of Des Moines, and Lewis of Searsboro; two sisters, Mrs. Nora Nelson of Des Moines, and Mrs. Frank Widen of Reeder, N.D.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
