Mrs. Sebird Harter, well remembered as a pioneer mother of Poweshiek Township, died Monday at the home of her son, Jacob, in Sac City, at the advanced age of 77 years. She was an aunt of Mrs. George P. Pierce and Mrs. William Gearhart of Sherman Township. She survived her husband six years.
