Mrs. Avery Emery went to Colfax this afternoon to attend the funeral of her brother-in-law, Joseph Earhart, whose death occurred yesterday afternoon. He had been sick a long time but for some weeks it had been thought that he was better. The funeral will be tomorrow at 11 o’clock from the Kents schoolhouse west of Baxter.
