The son of James William and Colleen Kay (Warren) Beattie, Warren was born on April 10, 1962, in Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated from Southeast Polk High School in 1979. Warren was united in marriage to Stacy Miller in 1999. Warren worked as a hog buyer and handler for Pine Ridge Farms for 13 years. But as you know that was only the tip of the iceberg for Warren. He auctioneered for 25 years, loved to play slowpitch softball, catering for special events, hunting and fishing. He went on Pirate adventures with his number one matey, Clara, and loved spending quality time with his family and friends. Warren would often be seen at the Des Moines Farmers Market with Stacy and Tessa.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Stacy; parents, James and Colleen Beattie; children, Brandon and Elizabeth Stevens, Tessa and Memo Stevens, Haley Stevens, Katlyn and Jordan Schneider; his precious grandchildren, Clara Stevens, Jadyn Hessenius and Jonas Buchanan; a sister, Beth and Steve Hollenbeck and many dear friends. Preceding him in death was an infant brother, Brett Steven Beattie; his grandparents, Claire Edgar and Mable Agnus Beattie, Charles Herman and Evelyn Francis Warren and his mother-in-law, Joyce Ann Miller.
