Pauline L. Brown, 75, of 211 Sunrise Terrace died of heart failure Sunday, Feb. 23, at USA Healthcare in Newton.

Funeral services will be held at a later date. The body was donated to the University of Iowa for medical research. Burial will also be held at a later date. Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton is handling arrangements.

The daughter of Roy C. and Georgia (Forbes) Dexter, she was born Aug. 9, 1927, in Kenosha, Wis. She married Cleo T. Brown in Missouri in January 1964. She was a homemaker and lived in Des Moines prior to moving to Newton 20 years ago.

Survivors include her husband; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Craig and Gloria Pazzi and Gary Brown, both of Newton; four stepsons, Larry Brown of Des Moines, Dennis Brown of Baltimore, Md., Randy Brown of Osceola and Russell Brown of Elkhart, Ind., a daughter and son-in-law, Marlena and Bill McClead of Newton; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a brother and sister-in-law, Eldon and Verna Dexter of Newton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a, sister.
