ROSWELL, Ga. — Judith Carol "Judy" Dodd, 67, of Roswell, Ga., formerly of Newton, died Friday, Sept. 23, 2005, of lung cancer.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Roswell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Roper officiating. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church-Stephen Ministry, noting "Judy Dodd Memorial," 9820 Nesbit Ferry Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30022.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Dodd; daughter, Wendi (Dr. Kevin) Hunger of Jacksonville, Fla.; sons, Jason (Rowena) Dodd and Martin (Betty) Dodd, all of Duluth, Ga.; father, Marion Kingery of Newton; sisters, Kaye (Jerry) Postma of Rhodes and Rusti (Bill) Riddle of Colfax; mother-in-law, Maxine Dodd of Alpharetta, Ga.; sister-in-law, MaryAnn Dodd, Los Angeles, Calif.; brother-in-law, David (DeeDee) Dodd, Denver, Colo.; two grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
