Colfax, Ia. – Services for Mrs. Maude Philson, 94, of Colfax, who died Tuesday at Clear View Manor in Prairie City, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Walters Funeral Home here with burial at McKeever Cemetery.
Born in Forsyth, Ill., Mrs. Philson had lived in the Colfax area since 1902. She was a member of the Colfax United Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. James Nystrand of Des Moines, one grandchild and four great-grandchildren.
