Gladys E. Skinner, 103, of Nevada died of a heart ailment Saturday at Rolling Green Village there. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cooper-Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada, with burial at Ashton Cemetery near Mingo.
Mrs. Skinner was born in Newton and lived in Nevada many years, where she had been a cook and piano instructor. She was a member of Nevada United Methodist Church.
Among survivors are a daughter, Dorothy Hunderdosse of Indianola; a son, Howard of Maxwell; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.
