March 7, 1966 - February 20, 2023

Kathleen "Kathy" Martha Bockheim, aged 56, of Colfax, Iowa passed, away on February 20, 2023 in Des Moines, Iowa. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The daughter of Glenn Bixenstine and Shirley Marie Hickman, Kathy was born on March 7, 1966, in Bemidji, Minnesota. Upon graduation of high school, Kathy went onto obtain her Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting. On January 29, 2000, Kathy was married to Thomas Bockheim. Kathy was a lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Those left to honor Kathy's memory include her husband; Thomas Bockheim, her brother; Paul (Maria) Bixenstine, a step daughter; Samantha (Griffen) Lee, as well as many neices and nephews. Kathy is proceeded in death by both of her parents; Shirley and Glenn, as well as a brother; John Bixenstine.
