John Stock, son of Albert Stock, formerly of Mingo, passed away at his home in California. His body arrived in Colfax Saturday evening. His funeral was held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Mingo Methodist Church, the Rev. Wendelburg of the Presbyterian Church of Colfax officiating, assisted by Mrs. Habliston of Mingo. Cutter-Hartnett were in charge of burial made at the Ashton chapel. The singers that made up the male quartette were Roy Westfall, Eldon Geisler, Floyd Hulse and Ethelbert Heberer.
