DAVENPORT - Deyonna M. Bennett, 61, of Davenport, died Saturday, Oct. 27, at Mahaska Hospital in Oskaloosa.

Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Runge Mortuary in Davenport. Visiting hours are 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. Burial: Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials: Emmaus Correspondence School in Davenport.

Deyonna was born Aug. 19, 1940, in Sully to Harold and Marie Puder VandeKrol. She married Patrick Bennett on Nov. 3, 1961, in Sully.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters: Kathleen Parker and Kristine Adams, both of Davenport; three grandchildren; a brother, Darrell VandeKrol of Oskaloosa; and three sisters: Darlene Westercamp and Delores Keith, both of Oskaloosa, and Donalda Meyer of Cumberland.

She was preceded in death by her mother in 2000.
