Hazel M. Morris, 77, of Trussville, Ala., died of a heart ailment Saturday at home. The body was cremated and burial will be in Vandalia Cemetery at a later date.
Mrs. Morris, who retired from Dean Studios, was born in Minnesota and lived in Norwalk before moving to Alabama in the mid-1980s.
She is survived by a son, Steven of Birmingham, Ala.; and two sisters, Margie Mallatt of Des Moines and Marion Knudson of Tigard, Ore.
Jefferson Memorial Chapel in Trussville handled arrangements.
