Services for Gertrude Davis, 93, of New Oaks Care Center, 3806 Easton Blvd., will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Vandalia Cemetery in Vandalia. Mrs. Davis died of a heart ailment Wednesday at home.
She was born in Runnells and lived in Des Moines most of her life. She had been a homemaker and was a member of Sheridan Park United Methodist Church and Esther Circle.
Surviving are two daughters, Jean Keller of Des Moines and Norma Zinzer of Shell Knob, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call until time of service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
