Services Held For Former Mingo Resident
Services for Wayne A. Baldwin, 68, of rural Farrar, who died of a heart ailment Saturday, Nov. 9, at Des Moines General Hospital, were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the United Methodist Church in Farrar. Burial was at Graham Cemetery, north of Mingo.
Mr. Baldwin was born in Mingo and was a county engineer for the road department.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; a son, Lawrence of Collins; two daughters, Sue Oaks of Waterloo and Debra Palmer of Urbandale; two sisters, Erma Goff of Pontiac, Mich., and Maxine Galloway of Mingo; and nine grandchildren.
