David Baker, William Byal and J. A. Akins, three pioneer citizens of the Mingo neighborhood, have recently passed out of this life and now rest in mother earth in the neighborhood they honored as citizens, husbands and fathers. The Clipper has been unable to secure data for the history of the lives of these worthy pioneers but hopes to present a sketch of their lives and deeds in our next issue. (I did not find)
