Frieda Danley Services to Be Held Friday
Funeral services for Mrs. William J. (Frieda E.) Danley, 89, of 2705 First Ave. W., a resident of Newton since 1921, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Toland-Wallace Funeral Home.
The Rev. Ray Barnett, pastor of the First Christian Church, will conduct services. Burial will be in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Survivors are five sons, Carl of Newton, George, Clayton and Merle, all of Des Moines, and Robert of Edmon, Okla.; two daughters, Mrs. Elmo (Isle) Ghent and Mrs. Gerald (Marie) Cushatt, both of Newton; 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Lillian Buelke of Bloomington, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 1938; two sons; a great-grandson; four brothers; and a sister.
Mrs. Danley was a member of the First Christian Church and the Hook and Needle Club.
The daughter of Frederick and Martha Wiebe Heinsoth, she was born June 23, 2886 in Cook County, Ill.
She was married July 3, 1905 at Fairmont, Minn.
She died Tuesday evening at the Des Moines General Hospital.
