Wallace White, Former Newton Resident, Dies
Funeral services for Wallace Wayne White, 56, of 233 W. Wells St., San Gabriel, Calif., a former resident of Newton, were held recently in Rose Hills Mortuary in Whittier, Calif.
Burial was in the Rose Hills Memorial Park.
He died in Temple City, Calif.
Survivors are his wife, Mary M.; two sons, Wallace W. and Scott L., both of California; his father, Eugene White of Newton; two sister, Mrs. Bob (Frances) Donahue of Kellogg and Mrs. Delmar (Ann) Paul of California; and three brothers, Paul White of Newton, Gerald White of California and Gene White of Cedar Rapids.
He was born Jan. 18, 1920 in Iowa and was a graduate of Newton Community High School.
