Jan Van Wyk Services to Be Held Saturday
Lynnville – Funeral services for Mrs. Ralph (Jane Ann) Van Wyk, 43, of Rt. 1, Lynnville, who died in a far-related accident Thursday, will be held at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon at the First Reformed Church in Sully.
The Rev. Wayne Tripp, pastor of the church, and the Rev. Fred Van Houten will conduct services. Burial will be in the Sully Cemetery.
Memorial contributions to the Christian Opportunity Center in Pella will be accepted.
Garden Chapel in Pella is handling arrangements.
Survivors are her husband; a son, Delwin of Lynnville; two daughters, Mrs. David (Phyllis Marie) Zylstra of Pella and Ruth Elaine Van Wyk at home; three grandchildren; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Van Wyk Sr. of Pella; a sister, Mrs. Gilbert (Ada Kay) Van Maanen of Lynnville; and four brothers, Bernard Van Wyk and Donald Van Wyk, both of Sully, and Dick Jr. Van Wyk and Harold Van Wyk, both of Monroe.
She was preceded in death by a brother in infancy.
Mrs. Van Wyk was a member of the First Reformed Church of Sully.
The daughter of Dick and Martha DeKraai Van Wyk, she was born May 30, 1922 at Cedar.
She was married Jan. 4, 1952.
