Walter R. Passmore, 70, of Monona died of subnormal blood pressure Sunday at Veterans Medical Center in Iowa City. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Garden City United Methodist Church in Monona and graveside at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Vandalia Cemetery in Runnells. Mr. Passmore was born in Des Moines, where he lived until 1953. Schultz’s Funeral Home in Monona is handling arrangements.
