Services for Doris Elene Rojohn, 65, of Altoona, were held Wednesday, December 31, at the Altoona Funeral Home, with burial in Vandalia Cemetery.
Mrs. Rojohn died Sunday of cancer at Des Moines General Hospital.
Born in Fairmount, Mrs. Rojohn lived near Ivy and in Arkansas for three years before moving to Altoona four years ago. She was a member of the Four Square Church in Vandalia.
Survivors include two brothers, Dale McReynolds and Sam McReynolds, both of Des Moines, and two sisters Isabelle Shaw of Des Moines and Ruby Rojohn of Fort Dodge.

Services Held
Funeral services for Doris Rojohn, a former resident, were held December 31st at Altoona. The daughter of Charles and Jamima (Hevlin) McReynolds, she was born at Fairmount, Iowa, on April 20, 1915, and passed away on December 28th at Des Moines General Hospital where she had been a surgical patient for several weeks. She is survived by two sisters, Ruby Rojohn of Fort Dodge and Mrs. Everett (Isabelle) Shaw of Des Moines; two brothers, George McReynolds and Sam McReynolds, both of Des Moines.
On November 28, 1936, she was united in marriage to Noel Rojohn, who preceded her in death on December 12, 1980, just 19 days prior to her passing. The son of Fred and Bessie (Noon) Rojohn, he was born January 4, 1913, at Vandalia. Services for Noel Rojohn were conducted at Altoona on December 16th. Interment for both was at Vandalia Cemetery. His survivors are a sister, Mrs. Floyd (Esther) Tidball of Monroe and a brother, Cecil Rojohn, of Fort Dodge.
