Rolla J. Thomas Funeral Is Set
Services for Rolla J. Thomas, 74, of Runnells, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Runnells Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, of which he was a member. Burial will be in Vandalia Cemetery.
Mr. Thomas, a retired farmer, died of a heart ailment Thursday at Des Moines General Hospital. He had lived in the Runnells area, all his life and was a member of Faithful Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ray Shelk of Oskaloosa; a sister, Mrs. Dona Lair of Des Moines, and a granddaughter.
