Katie Utterback, Former Vandalia Resident, Dies
Vandalia – Mrs. Harry Herbert (Katie) Utterback, 91, of Old Lyme, Conn., a former resident of Vandalia, died Monday in Old Lyme.
Graveside rites will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Vandalia Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 12 noon Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Eileen) Carlson of Old Lyme, Conn.; a granddaughter, Kathy Carlson of Old Lyme, Conn.; a sister, Mrs. Arthur (Gladys) Wallace of Colfax; a niece, Dorothy Fish of Minneapolis, Minn., and a nephew, Max Wallace of Colfax.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband in 1964.
