Mrs. Wynona M. Blood, 43, of Runnells, a daughter-in-law of Arthur O. Blood, died of asthma Saturday at Mercy Hospital in Davenport. She had been ill two days.
Mrs. Blood was born in Vandalia. She worked until recently at the downtown Katz Drug Store in Des Moines.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin; four daughters, Mrs. Louise Beattie of Runnells, Mary, Velda and Melva, all at home; her father, Jesse Lamb, of Altoona; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Anderson of Des Moines and Mrs. Minnie Ogborn, Prairie City; two brothers, Roscoe Lamb, Long Beach, Cal.; and Garrison Lamb, Des Moines; and one granddaughter.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Runnells Christian Church. Burial will be at Vandalia Cemetery.
