Agnes R. Evans Dies Sunday; Rites Tuesday

Mrs. Richard (Agnes Ruth) Evans, 79, a longtime resident of Colfax, died Sunday at the Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Walters-Coburn Funeral Home at Colfax.

The Rev. Robert Jones, paster of the Christian Church in Colfax will conduct the services. Burial will be in the McKeever Cemetery north of Colfax.

Survivors are her husband, two sons, Frank W. of Colfax and Royal J. of Saratoga, Calif., a daughter, Mrs. Emery (Barbara) Krebs of Nevada, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Amanda Whittle of White Rock, British Columbia, Canada.

Mrs. Evans was a member of the Christian Church in Colfax and the Ladies Social Club.
