Mullins Infant Dies at Hospital
Tammy Delana Mullins, two-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Mullins of 1020 E. 10th St. N., died at 5:30 a.m. today at the University Hospitals in Iowa City.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed. Burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery at Mingo.
Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Besides her parents, the child is survived by the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vince Mullins of Iaeger, W. Va., an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Plumb of Newton and other aunts and uncles in West Virginia.
Born July 5, 1963 in Welch, W. Va., the child came to Newton with her parents in late July.
Mrs. Ronald Mullins is the former Maxine Lucas.
