Baxter Journal, Nov. 11 – Died, at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Judith Beach, on the 7th day of November, 1887, at 1 o’clock a.m., Aaron Rand, aged 98 years and 11 months. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. W. Anderson, of Ira, and the deceased was followed to the cemetery at Union Chapel by a large concourse of friends and neighbors.
