Conduct Services For Monroe Marine
Monroe – Funeral services for Lance Cpl. David L. McMath, 19, who was killed in Vietnam while serving with the First Marine Division, were held Saturday in Monroe Baptist Church.
The Rev. Wayne Anderson, minister of the church, conducted the services. Burial was in Graceland Cemetery at Creston.
Mrs. Abram Kool was the organist.
Members of the Marine Corps were pallbearers.
Major James Schumacher and Sergeant Maj. G. T. Whool were in charge of the Marine Corps military funeral detail.
Cpl. Harry Mason was the military escort.
