Richard Allan LaRose, the son of Arleigh G. and Vernadene R. (Stickney) LaRose, was born November 8, 1945, in Iowa. Richard graduated from the Newton Senior High School with the class of 1964. Richard worked for the Maytag Company.

Richard died on June 23, 2021. He was 75 years old. Those left to honor Richard's memory include his daughter, Michelle LaRose.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at the Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home in Newton.
