Monroe News – Betty Lou, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Banks passed away four days after birth at the Collins hospital in Knoxville. Her twin sister, Peggy Sue and her parents survive. Short services were held at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Banks on Sunday afternoon, April 13. Burial was in the Monroe cemetery.
