Kathleen “Kathy” R. Cline Vos Potter, 61, of Moulton, formerly of Newton, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2020, at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center in Des Moines. Kathy’s graveside service will begin at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, south of Prairie City in Marion County, at the intersection of 60th Avenue and 63rd Place. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Orphan Angels Cat Sanctuary and Adoption Center in Erie, Penn. The memorials may be left at the funeral home in Newton or mailed to the Wallace Family Funeral Home, 1115 E. 19th St. N., Newton, IA 50208, please add, Attn: Potter Family on the envelope.
Those left to cherish Kathy’s memory are her sister, Mary“Cissie” Downing of Moulton; her brother, Randy Cline; many nieces and nephews; and all of Kathy’s stepfamily in Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Amber; and brother, Rick Cline.
