Archie Garrett Dies Today at Skiff Hospital
Archie Garrett, 37, a used car and parts dealer, died this morning at 9:25 o’clock at the Skiff Memorial hospital where he had been a patient since Nov. 16. Mr. Garrett had been suffering with stomach ulcers.
He was a lifelong resident of Jasper county, having been born in Colfax.
Surviving relatives are his widow, of Newton, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Garrett of Colfax and seven brothers and sisters.
A used car lot was operated by Mr. Garrett on the Greencastle road near Country Club Acres.
