Baxter: Isaac "Pat" Strickland, Jr, 61, of the Promise Land Area of Mountain Home, Arkansas, a former resident of Baxter, died Sunday, Feb. 25, at his home.
Memorial services will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home.
The Rev. Wesley Uplinger will conduct services.
Survivors are two sons and daughters-in-law: Michael and Marilyn of Huron, Ohio, and John and Diana of Baxter; three daughters: Marilyn Cather of Des Moines, Janet Strickland of Baxter, and Kathy Morris of Newton; and a brother, Rex Strickland, of Newton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and sister.
Mr. Strickland had been a line worker at the Maytag Co. in Newton, for 30 years.
The son of Jack and Agnes (Jobe) Stickland, he was born November 11, 1933, in Vilonia, Arkansas.
He married Patricia Luckey on November 22, 1950, in Des Moines, Polk, Iowa.
