DUNKERTON -- Ronald J. Stephens, 57, of rural Dunkerton, brother of Patricia VanDusseldorp and her husband Rod of Newton, died of cancer Thursday, April 1, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo.

Graveside services were held today at 1 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Dunkerton with the Rev. Beth Mary Straw officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Military Rites were conducted by Peter Kress American Legion Post 636 of Dunkerton. White Funeral Home in Jesup was in charge of the arrangements.

Memorials will be directed to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Cedar Valley Hospice and American Cancer Society.
