Cora (McComas) ParishDied at her home three miles northeast of Monroe, Mrs. Thomas Parish, August 18, 1895. Cora McComas was born in Marion County, Iowa, May 27, 1868; was married to Thomas J. Parish, January 27, 1892; departed this life August 18, 1895, aged 27 years, 2 months, and 27 days.
She leaves a devoted husband, a kind father, a loving sister and a little baby to mourn her loss. The funeral services were held at the house, Rev. J. M. Tool officiating.
