Colfax - Funeral services for Dolores Fields, 63, of Colfax, will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Walters-Coburn funeral Home in Colfax with the Rev. Jill Flyer officiating.
Burial will be at Colfax Cemetery.
Visitation will be held after noon Sunday with family present from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials to the Colfax Fire Department Building Fund will be accepted.
The daughter of Loren Sylvester Clark and Stella Faye Godfrey, she was born May 3, 1934, in Bussey. She was a 1951 graduate of Colfax High School.
She married Virgil Fields Oct. 9, 1953, in Colfax.
A longtime resident of Valeria and Colfax, she worked as a homemaker. She was a member of the Pocahontas-Mohea No. 26 Club, a Past Girl and Cub Scout Leader and participated in the Colfax Bowling League for many years.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Larry, Lonnie and Kevin, all of Colfax; a daughter and son-in-law, Lorna (Mrs. Jerry) Hofer of Baxter; five grandchildren; a sister, Carolyn Burton of Logan; and two brothers, William Clark of Newton and James Clark Sr. of Logan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister; a sister in infancy; and a brother.
