At fourteen years of age she became a member of the M. E. church, but for the past ten years has been a faithful member of the Congregational church at Baxter. She will be greatly missed by her neighbors, as well as the church and Sunday school. She was a loving wife and mother.

Smith; and three sisters, Mrs. Wm. Johnson, Edna and Sadie Smith, all of Genoa, Nebraska, Emma Smith, of York, Nebraska; brothers, Henry Smith, of Los Angeles, California, and Rev.
