Drowned in the Des Moines River
Case, A. R.

A. R. Case, a well-known real estate dealer of Des Moines, was drowned while bathing in the river on Tuesday afternoon. It is thought by many, that his drowning was not accidental, as Mr. Case was an expert swimmer. He had had business troubles and had been drinking heavily the last few months. Mr. Case was a former resident of Jasper County, living near Sully.
