A memorial service for Brenda will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Newton. The family will greet friends from 12-1 p.m., Wednesday, July 17, at the funeral home. Memorials to Brenda’s family can be left at the funeral home. Please make checks payable to Eileen Miller.

Brenda, the daughter of Merlin and Eileen (Pinkerton) Miller, was born October 11, 1958. She grew up in Lynnville and was a 1978 graduate of Lynnville-Sully High School. She had worked at Sig Manufacturing in Montezuma and most recently was a security guard at Excel in Ottumwa. Brenda enjoyed crocheting, quilting, sewing, embroidery, and cross-stitch, as well as the numerous pets she had over the years.

Brenda is survived by her three daughters: Tanya Miller, Whitney Miller, and Shannon Miller, all of Newton; her granddaughter, Tanyesha Miller of Newton; mother, Eileen Miller of Lynnville; her sisters, Robin Miller ana Loretta (Curt) Phipps; and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; her paternal and maternal grandparents; and a great-nephew. ~ The Wallace Family Funeral Home, Newton, Iowa 11 July 2019.
