Former Newton Resident dies at Age of 73
Mrs. Luther Ramsey, 73, of Hutchinson, Kan., former Newton resident, died Thursday morning, according to word received by relatives. She had suffered a stroke in October.
Mrs. Ramsey will be remembered by many older residents ass Belle Durbin of the Sugar Grove neighborhood before her marriage.
Funeral services will be held in Hutchinson.
Mrs. Ramsey was an aunt of Mrs. Estella Forbes and Bert, Harry and George Baker, all of Newton.
