Heart Attack follows Fall
Arthur Lust of Near Reasnor Falls on Ice, Dies of Heart Attack
REASNOR – Arthur Lust, 55-year-old Jasper county farmer, died shortly after 10 a.m. today as the result of a heart attack suffered when he slipped on the ice and fell.
His wife saw him fall as he was going to the barn, but did not realize the seriousness of the accident until she went to him and found that he had died.
The Lust farm is located about five miles southeast of here.
Surviving are Mrs. Lust, and two children. A daughter, Ruby Lust, is employed in The Maytag Company office in Newton. A son, Lloyd Lust, farms near here.

Conduct Rites For Arthur Lust
Services Held in Reasnor Monday For Jasper County Farmer, 55
REASNOR – Funeral services for Arthur Lust, 55, Jasper county farmer, were conducted from the Methodist Episcopal church in Reasnor Monday at 1:30 p.m. by the Rev. R. E. Hodgson of Fort Dodge, but formerly of Reasnor.
Music was furnished by John Van Wyngarden, Neal McKee, Oakley Brodersen and George Tool, who sang, “In the Garden,” and “In the Sweet Bye and Bye.” They were accompanied by Mrs. Bert Vaughn.
Interment was in Hewitt cemetery, with the following serving as pallbearers; Floyd Tool, Ralph Woody, Henry Woody, Berth Vaughn, S. F. McDaniel and C. M. Beyer. Helen Woody and Mrs. Daisy Martin were in charge of the flowers.
Mr. Lust died unexpectedly of a heart attack Saturday, suffered when he slipped and fell on the ice at his farm home, located five miles southeast of Reasnor.
Surviving are his wife and two children, Ruby of Newton, and Lloyd of near Reasnor.
