CLEAR CREEK – Funeral services for Mrs. William Howell, 83, were conducted at the Farrar church Monday afternoon, Oct. 18, by the pastor, Rev. H. B. Faye. Burial was in the Farrar cemetery.
Mrs. Howell fell at her home Oct. 8, breaking her hip and wrist. She was taken Tuesday, Oct. 12, to Broadlawn hospital in Des Moines, where she died Saturday, Oct. 16. She was a native of Indiana.
Her husband, his son and daughter survive.
The family moved here in 1929.
