Mrs. Burr Dies In Pittsburgh
Former Newton Resident Dies Friday Following Lingering Illness
Mrs. Myrtle Burr, about 55, former Newton resident, died Friday at her home in Pittsburgh, Pa., following a lingering illness.
Funeral services and burial will be held at Kirkwood, Ill., Monday.
Before going to Pittsburgh five years ago, Mrs. Burr was employed here in the former Lauerman store.
Mrs. Burr spent last summer in Newton visiting in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Reeve.
Mrs. Reeve and Mrs. Pearl Rose plan to attend the rites in Kirkwood Monday.
