MINGO – Irvin Jay Baldwin died at the county home at Newton on Monday, June 14, at the age of 41 years.
He is survived by his sisters, Mrs. E. C. Battles, Mrs. Gertie Troup, Mrs. Albert Clement all of Mingo, Mrs. Orrie Jones of Blackfoot, Idaho; and his brother Jake Baldwin and Wes Baldwin, both of Mingo.
Two brothers and three sisters and his parents preceded him in death.
He was born in Poweshiek township, Jasper county and lived there all of his life until the last 10 months. Funeral services were held Thursday at the Zion church and burial in the family lot at Graham cemetery.
