Infant Son of S. F. Reynolds Dies Early Today
Richard Wayne Reynolds, 17-month-old son of S. F. Reynolds of Newton, died this morning at 2 a.m. at the Iowa Methodist hospital in Des Moines, where he was taken last week for treatment for a lung ailment.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. from the Morgan funeral home and interment will be in the Newton Union cemetery.
The baby was born in Newton Feb. 22, 1935, and the mother died March 18, that same year.
Surviving relatives include his father; four sisters, Mrs. Howard Gunsaulus, Mrs. Edwin Lust, and Lois, Beulah and Frances Reynolds, all of Newton, and a brother, Walter Reynolds, also of Newton.
